Glue the end of the feather boa to the Styrofoam wreath until the whole wreath is entirely covered with feathers.  Spray paint the padded protectors and stick on some ornaments.  Decorate the ornaments with swirls or stripes as you see fit.  Let the ornaments dry and then glue the ornaments to the Styrofoam part of the wreath.  Fluff the feathers around to cover spaces that may be seen.  Adorn your black wreath with ornaments that will suit your personal taste.  Some suggestions are silver or gold ornaments or orange decorations.  Store the wreath in a wreath keeper so that the feathers do not fall off.
